Contact a qualified Liverpool body shop as soon as possible. They can assess the damage and advise on the best way to proceed - including whether it's worth claiming through your insurance (and losing your no-claims bonus) or paying privately to protect it.
-
Most minor repair jobs cost between £100-£250, while more extensive repairs can run into several thousand pounds. We'll always advise honestly if the cost of repair is likely to exceed your car's value, and offer a range of pricing options to suit your budget. Prices may vary due to various factors.
-
This depends on your specific policy - most car body repairs aren't automatically covered, so it's worth checking directly with your insurer. If an accident wasn't your fault, you can claim on the other party's insurance instead.
-
Proper repairs carried out to a high standard can actually increase resale value. However, leaving damage unrepaired - especially where rust can set in - will almost always reduce your car's value over time.
-
Regular washing, waxing, and polishing all help protect your paintwork. It's also worth checking for new dents or scratches regularly, being mindful of where you park at night, and driving carefully to avoid unnecessary damage.
-
We use the correct tools and safety equipment for every job, and follow all applicable safety regulations to ensure repairs are carried out correctly and safely.
